Pond House - developer’s application

The owners of Pond House have submitted an application to:

1. -build a four storey block of 14 flats on Mildenhall Road extending from where the pre-fabricated garages are up to 1 Mildenhall Road;
   

2. -break up Pond House into 10 flats.
   

Pond House is a grade II* listed building. It faces over the Pond. Both the house and the land proposed for the flats are within the conservation area.
